Gauge problems

I just pulled my 3406e cat out of a 1997 379 pete and dropped in a Long block from cat. I replaced all of the sensors but when I cranked it the tach and speedo don't work. Also the fan will come on and stay on to long and then kick off today I drove it down the road and it came on at 180 degrees and did not go off until I shut the truck off I cranked it back up the fan cycled on and off just like is supposed too but then kick on again and stayed on even with ac off. Does anyone have any thoughts

 

Same ecm I just went back and checked all the connections everything looks good. I have two speed sensors on the Trans. And I put in a new sensor in the flywheel
