Generosity

Good morning ladies and gent. Hope all is safe and well as we go thru this virus thing. I just ran into a sweet young lady here in Texas at Whataburger off exit 302 on the 20. I think that's the exit or close to it anyhow . But ya know, I had to walk thru the drive thru to order my breakfast since they have the inside closed up. Well this young lady rolled down her window and says young man,I tried to pay for your breakfast but they were too slow in there. So she offered me the cash for my food. Wow!! 20 years out here and that's never happened before. I told her thank you mam,but I paid for it already and that I appreciate her generosity. She also told me thank you for doing what you do and to be safe. Sweet lady. My only gripe if ya wanna call it a gripe, is why does it always take something bad to bring out the good in folks. I know she probably appreciates us no matter what's going on. But we do this every day,365 days a year for some of us. Now there are some that should not be out here but that's a story for another day. Anyhow, she made my day today. Y'all be safe
