…..not a kid or not new to driving….you’re both as far as insurance and experience is concerned.

not being a d—k but it was a mother getting back in after 6 years away from trucking and before all this new BS.

Thanks for the comments guys/gals I'm coming back, no doubt, 99' W900 ain't bad and I'll do what I have to, just didn't realize it would be such a hassle to do it.
I got my license the first time and all I had to do was take I think 5 endorsements get a med card and get a 3rd party examiner to give me a road test. Literally, that was it!

My plan is to get a truck possibly 2 but that will be a little later, I have a lead on a contract, they like me and I like them, its pretty much dedicated run and consistent. They are not happy with the current situation they have.
    Again, thanks for the comments.

Ok, looking at this website, About Starting with FMCSA Registration.com services - Motor Carriers
is it worth dealing with or is it just as easy to do it yourself? Been out for a long time, everything seems complicated new. I don't mind paying the money to get a good service, and someone that will help me stay compliant in the beginning. Eventually I would take over everything myself but in the beginning is this a good way to go. Are there hidden fees, meaning recurring fees every week month etc. Is this just another scam?

Also looked into getting my license back, it's not going to be as hard as I thought, I don't have to go through the driving school since I've had a CDL issued in the past. The new law only applies to first time applicants. I'm still 2 - 3 months away from getting everything straight, taking my time doing research.
Thanks for the comments I respect the comments from here more than I do any of the research on the net.
