Getting hired with no experience

My 2c on the matter: Plenty of places offer training to new drivers, you have to look for them if you don't want to work for a scum bag company. The training learned in a school should be enough to find a job and do it with some level of confidence. If you still need more training after school get more training. Don't think a company you really want to drive for is going to give you anything more than a driving test.
