Iam a local driver with kriska have been since 2012 .mullen owns 30% of kriska Group And mark seymour owns 70% . the way it went down was kriska wanted to buy Millcreek from mullen but didn’t have enough cash .kriska gave mullen our mississauga and both prescott yards plus cash to make the millcreek deal happen . we now lease both yards ,kriska use to be kriska holdings but mark decided he wanted to buy up companies and compete with companies like Transforce so he started Kriska Group which is what mullen owns 30% of . most drivers believe mullen is putting up the cash flo and some day mark will sell kriska to mullen .with the oil industry being dead everyone knows Mullen is focusing on building their trucking side of the company to replace the loses from oil fields. we own mill creek,trans pro ,JMF and just bought a smaller company round the lake motor express from london plus another brokerage company

 

Bison and Arnold bros are crap. With crap drivers. The stunts I see these two carriers pull on the road, and rate cutting is unreal.
