Hello all- Student here!

Hi all. I wanted to introduce myself since I see myself spending some time on the forum. I am a student driver who just got his permit for CDL B with tanker and air brakes on Wednesday. I got my CDL permit because a job opportunity based out of Susquehanna county PA is hiring laborers for the frac operations out there and they require the B license with air brakes for the straight trucks they have for roll offs. The money they are offering does sound too good to be true (350 a day 2 weeks on 1 week off 12 hours a day) but whether its legit or not I have other opportunities. I got the tanker endorsement because of my uncle who hauls water out there possibly having other opportunities for me. I was wondering if there were any tips or pointers to be had lol.

I also was wondering if anyone from the scranton or surrounding areas knew of anyplace I could rent a truck to practice with and to take the CDL tests in as the only place I am seeing that has the rentals I would likely need is Ryder. Any information would be great, Thanks!
