Hello People,,,Very happy to be a part of this group. I'm sort of an old newbie. Used to haul produce and steel, and beehives out of the Central Valley in Calif. back in the late 60's and 70's. Gave up trucking to raise and stay with the family. Owned my own business for some time, but have always had that burning desire to get back on the road. Much has changed from back in the day, but nothing I can't handle. Going to start with Werner next week. Everything went smooth til I got to the physical. Because of a previous heart sergury in 02, they need a stress test report for my records. So inform anybody you know that had any heart or lung problems who wants to drive, to get that stress report with the physical or some companies won't hire you. I can't stop reading this truck forum. There is so much priceless information to help us all. Thanks to all of you who contribute. You make everyone's job so much easier. God bless and be safe...Rob.
