HELP, building too much air!

    I'm maintaining 110 to 120 air pressure but every second I'm getting a quick one second release under the cab and at the leveling valve. Should I start with the governor or where?

    Changed my discharge line yesterday then trucked started holding too much air…now my truck won’t build air at all, any suggestions?
