I drive a 2012 FL cascadia, last 6 is BS7750, engine dd15. Also when I’m doing around 45mph the truck starts to rumble pretty bad, this started happening after I replaced the drive tires.. I checked the wear and psi, everything seems fine. I got an alignment about a month before that when I replaced the steer tires. Maybe I just need another alignment? Any ideas will be appreciated, thank you.

Im no DD guy, but the part appears like a crankcase seperator module or CCV filter.

As for the noise/ vibration. Show us what you got for tires. Certain lug tires will make noise, similar to mud tires on a pickup. Noise will ussually lessen as the tires wear.
