Help! New driver from Michigan

    Hi! I start orientation on Jan 14th and still haven't found a place to park the truck. I'm between Flint and Lansing and would appreciate any helpful input! Thank you

    t/s stops at perry, durland, lennon. if i remember there is a big shopping mall on the east side near one of those t/s. just cant remember what one. lots of luck and welcome to trucking.

    K thanx for that. I believe that is here in Durand. What about having to plug the truck in though? Is that really going to be a prob?

    make sure your company is ok with where you park. not sure what you mean by plugging in but most likely there won't be an outlet nearby

    Yeah thanx guess I'll just have to 'punt' eh? Michigan gets a little cold from time to time so I believe their thinking of me having to put those glow plugs to use. ;-)

    It's rare in Michigan to need to plug your truck in. I remember in 2010 or 2011 needing to plug in, but nothing you really need to worry about. I used to live in Ann Arbor, but couldn't resist the warmth of Florida!!! Good luck newbie!!! : )
