I have a 2007 Western stat 4900 with no heat… heat works great in the sleeper but no
Cab heat. I already replaced that plastic valve on the firewall, didn’t help … coolant is good … is funny bc I remember last year around March I was driving and the heat was on then it just started blowing out cold air … so I said I’ll just deal with it next winter will here we are and I guess I have to
Figure this out … how big of job is the heater core ??? What else should I check before I do that ???? Thanks guys

Not familiar with sleeper truck layout but I’m assuming the sleep unit has its own heater core and thermostat. So I would start by looking at the supply and return off the cab heater core. Check for hat on the heater core itself. Then move up to the blend door and thermostat control
