    Had my CDL for about 2.5 years now and finally joined the site here. I wish I had joined earlyer because it would have been nice asking about the biz nstead of learning the hard way. I'm from Detroit mich, an otr driver and just wanted to say hi

    Yea, when its up, it's up, and when it's down, it's down. Auto plants can be a pia. I'm actually thinking about reefer or tanker

    Try to get (tankers) with Trimac Transportation. They have a terminal in your area. Some of their OTR coast to coast drivers can make over $100K.
    Plenty of reefer outfits to choose from; dozens:
    NTB Trucking big account is Meijier.
    Tyson Foods
    Freymiller
    Schuster - their big account is Blue Bunny Ice Cream.
    Magnum Ltd.
    Holland Enterprises Inc.
    K&B Transportation

    I've see them and your right, good looking equipment. I was checking out another company out by Wyoming mi. More to follow. Personally, east coast don't bother me
