Maybe the cops can access traffic cams, if there are any in the area.

There are traffic cams, but according to a Sargent with APD I spoke with, they are owned by TXDOT and are only live feeds, no recordings.

Yes, I did file a police report at the time of the incident. Unfortunately, the case hasn't been assigned to an Officer yet.

Dang man. Sorry to hear that. One thing you could do, there is a radio program that is out of Cincinnati, but broadcast nationwide and they cater their program to truckers. They are on from 12 am to 5 am est. They will take calls like this to see if there were others in the area.

There program is called Americas Trucking Network. You can aslo send emails etc. Look them up, they might be able to get your info over the air to a lot of truckers, one may have been in the area. Good luck.

No traffic was behind you? I'm guessing not, cant believe everyone would have just kept going business as usual having seen something...

Its going to be a needle in a hay stack for you. Best of luck.

Thanks. My wife and I strive to teach our children right from wrong and that you have to own up to your mistakes. Accidents happen, but to run? SMH

Light traffic since it was 22:38 when it happened. We were certainly blessed because it could have been so much worse....
