    Do the EEO rules apply when it comes to being an independent contractor with your own truck? I’ve always heard about the no facial hair rule at Oakley so I’ve never given them much thought.

    Im pretty sure if you get a check from oakley, regardless of your posistion with the company, you do not own facial hair besides a mustache. Someone may correct me if im wrong but im almost positive.
