Obtaining an O/A these days isn't as easy as it was say 10 years ago.....
In some ways that's a good thing....It keeps the Bottom-feeders to a minimum....KANSAS TRANSIT Thanks this. -

On E logs there are very few corners you can cut. You might save a whole 15 minutes or so if you add them all up, but nothing that the court will bury you under the jail for. Like I have said. I'd rather have elogs then have a company who is strict on paper logs. My hand writing is terrible and being out law so long. I'm not use to logging when I do something. So with the E logs I can just edit at the end of the day. Just like I would my paper log. Well the paper log would be torn up in a hundred pieces and thrown along the highway so no one could put the pieces back together.

"Joe Mega Carrier" just had 2 days off at home after 20 days on the road. He had so much stuff to do that he did not get enough sleep and now must run.
The eobr does not know this and his company does not care. Joe Mega needs a 2 or 3 hour nap to get the load delivered safely. The eobr will not let joe do it unless he is hit with a service failure by the mega carrier.......
You can see where im going here. I find it amazing how these mega carriers have brainwashed all these new guys to comply and agree with this crap.
Why cant the typical american think for themselves anymore? Doe it hurt that bad to think? Does freedom matter anymore? wtflandstar8891 and gokiddogo Thank this. -
No I can't see where you are going. So you are saying it's ok for Joe Paper Log to falsify his log book and keep tearing up the old one. Every time he needs to take a 3 hour nap. Does it hurt to say. I can't do this load I'm wore out. If I take it I'll probably be late but I'll get it there as safe as I can. There has never been freedom to break the law dude. Get real with the freedom talk.

CSA 2010 brainwashed me.

landstar8891 Thanks this.

Nope the penalty's for getting caught brainwashed me. So I guess you are saying since you have a Radar/laser detector, and a cb with an updated bear report that there are no bears it's ok to fly through that school zone. Or that little town with the 35mph speed limit. Who brainwashed people to comply with speed limits even though they have all the equipment needed to beat the system and get absolutely no where 5 minutes faster.
