Can someone advise the best ( easiest ) way to run a hot wire from a battery into the cab for a kicker on a KW W900.

    Thank you in advance.

Is there a pre- existing opening anywhere on the cab or sleeper? If so I would try to use that. If not you' ll probably have to drill a hole for your hot wire.

Try to keep the run as short as possible. Some guys like to snake it up under the cab and through the hole for the shifter. Never been a big fan of that because it's too easy for the wire to get pinched. If you have to drill a hole make sure you run the wire through a rubber grommet so it doesn't rub against the metal of the cab. Doing this will also keep the weather out.

Don't forget to fuse it! I always like to run dual fuses, one at the battery and another up by the radio/amp. Overkill? Maybe, but better safe than sorry.

Well if fused at both ends it insures the kicker and radio are protected. I do it that way to I use a lower amp fuse (manufacturers recomendation) on the radio side and a 30 amp on battery side. That way should wire get chaffed the 30 will kill power so the wire doesn't melt and the smaller fuse protected the radio. Fuses are cheap.
