Bull ####. A new driver needs some place that will hire a new driver. Often, that's the companies with the worst reps. A good company that hires new drivers is a needle in the haystack. The "lead a horse to water" preachers could easily say where THEY drive and how the company is, whether it hires new drivers or not, but instead, they offer "water" advice and platitudes. Somehow NOT working for a #### company is a big secret, so the new drivers end up having to work for #### companies until they get their 2 years in. Names would actually help, idioms don't.

I agree . There is only 2 choices for a new driver. Hire on with a mega , or become an OO. He cannot lease a truck as lease companies require experience. Mega or buy , sux either way unless he has very deep pockets.
