o this is ripe
when your truck is being repaired, you are supposed to log onduty? how many eloggers do this? they berate paperloggers of not running legal, but what driver in his right mind would eat up his 70hrs while his truck is sitting two days at a repair shop?
it is sad that we put up with such nitpicking by DOT
so while my truck is being worked on, i am onduty? why doesnt ONDUTY mean getting paid? if you are not getting paid, you are not working, you are not onduty (not legal defintion, just MY definition)Lux Prometheus and rockee Thank this. -

I log 15 minutes on duty check in time and then 15 min on duty check out time. If I'm in their driver lounge sexting with my sweetheart I'm not on duty.
