Im flat on my back laughing my butt off. It's just slays me, Ive spent time on those exact docks... A couple trucks playing at roping ships is cheaper than two proper dock boats to rope ships with two men in each one. Someone does not want to spend money.

If you really want a tickle did you notice that life preserver in a spot that no one will ever access in time?
