How Often to Replace Injectors?

There is no maintenance interval that I know of for injectors in general. Usually warranty will only replace the ones with fault codes or testing has shown to be bad.

 

If it was a warranty job they would only have replaced the bad one(s).

Read up on "injector stiction". There are several products out there to help alleviate stiction. Each one is the best (depending on who you ask). But none are cheap. Unless you compare the price against what one loses when injectors go out.

 

i see that stuff advertised each week on Truck U...on Velocity, also on All Girls Garage and Car Fix, to name only 3 shows that i watch regularly.....



of course, this is for pick up truck engines, i n this small bottle. however, check for larger bottles for big trucks...
