If you guys could classify the companies would be amazing.
Also, classify the companies that you can be on the road in a few days or weeks.

    Thanks

You will need to be a little more specific in detail. First off, what is your location? Reefer, dry, flat, tanker? Local, regional, longhaul? Do you currently have a class A CDL? Any endorsements?
There are some very helpful members here(@Chinatown), but the more info you give, the better.

Schneider and TransAm are 10 or 11 days for a new driver with no experience.

As a brand-new CDL holder at XPO Logistics, Week 1 was company orientation and procedures and a little driving.
    Week 2 I was with a City (P&D) driver
Week 3 I was with a linehaul driver.
Week 4 I was running linehaul solo.
I was paid for all my training time at the hourly rate for an entry-level driver - it was $30/hour back in 2021, I'm sure it's more now.

As a Owner operator leased onto a company in 2022 they had us in the class room with the drivers for 2 days. It was a lot practical stuff mostly the company's pretentious b.s. I left after 4 months because there was mismanagement and the dispatches ran the place. They always had the steel office door magnetically locked in order of keeping drivers out.

I remember well years ago talking with a driver in N.J. He was from Australia and had been recruited by a co in Arkansas, can't remember the name. He told me he landed in Little Rock, was met at airport, driven to office, had orientation, got DOT phycical, and went to DMV and tested and received his CDL, AND was issued his truck and load and was rolling all in the same day !
