I have a 2013 Cummins isx 3719. Do you remember as a kid, youd have a soda and blow across the top of the bottle and it made a low, howling sound? Well my motor is doing that exact same thing. It only happens once in a while, and this is a motor I just brought. My last motor was destroyed by the fuel pump, and I was wondering if it could be the fuel pump about to go out in this one?...
