I have a 2007 9400. I've been having issues with not getting any heat in the cab and the blower for the sleeper not working all the time. I do have heat at the heater core. (Yes, the valves are open.) I thought the actuator was bad so I ordered 2 new ones and installed them. The new actuator for the door for the hot / cold for the cab was working fine Saturday. I went out the next day and it won't oscillate, just clicks and jumps (the arm is not hooked up). When I installed the other actuator, it did the same thing, just jumped and clicked.

The fan for the cab works as normal. The fan for the sleeper works when it wants to. Does anyone have any clues or ideas? Thank you

The actuator near the rear of the box is for the sleeper temp blend, the front actuator with the rod attached is for the main cab temp blend. It needs the rod attached to move the door. What exactly do you mean by the arm is not hooked up?

I replaced both actuators. When removing the rod from the plastic holder on the front actuator, the plastic broke, so the rod won't fit in the groove. So, without the rod attached or anything attached to the actuator, the mechanism that would move the rod just lightly jumps and does not oscillate side to side. The original did the same. I thought it was defective. I saw somewhere else someone mentioned about not having lights in the control panel on the dash. I don't have illumination either. Don't know if it is related.

HeavyD, where would I look for the ground for the HVAC dash controls?

Internationals colour their ground wires white. Most grounds end up splicing together to main ground studs at the left and right side firewall areas.
