hi i am new to this site. i have had my cdl for a year now i went to a privet school to get it and have not been able to find a job driving becouse i have no experiences driving every one locale wonts 3 to 6 months and every otr company tells me vermont is a no hire state so if you know a otr company that will take drivers from vermont let me know thanks
