I have had 7 trainers with the 2 companies I worked for. 5 were worthless old perverts. One was an honorable old veteran from Dick Simon and one was a young driver with 2 years truck driving experience with Werner that was a pleasure to know and very professional in his attitude. Like I said, age and experience doesn't matter. Driving safely is what matters. The 5 old perverts didn't give a #### about safety or anyone else except themselves in spite of their 10 or more years of experience and their behavior fell far short of being professional. The 4 blowoffs on I-80 were all bragging about their many years of experience and how this had never happened to them before. You push the odds against you for too long and the odds will even the score.

You are right............some DON'T work..................but many do. I urge you to look up his video presentations and get a copy of his book "Dead Doctors Don't Lie". I know over a dozen people personally who have COMPLETELY fixed their BP issues with his advice.

I wish you well in your quest for better health but feel strongly your attitude towards our industry is not helpful.

Actually I fixed my high blood pressure issues quite well recently with Canada Dry club soda. It has potassium bicarbonate, potassuim citrate, and potassium sulfate in it. I suffered a near fatal heart attack after getting out of truck driving from blood clots after a rotted tree fell on me on a logging road. I was in the best shape in my life and was getting ready to go back into trucking again. But now I have a 15% heart ejection fraction and they have been telling me for 6 years I have less than 6 months to live. I am in no shape to be truck driving right now and I know it. But your suggestion is high on my list of new things to try. I just don't want to take more than a dozen pills at a time. But next month I will have a slot open. One to two liters is enough and when my blood pressure gets too low I cut back on Canada Dry club soda. It got rid of my pitting edema as well. (excess water weight) Also Iodoral got me off Oxygen at night (Iodine supplement) and Nattokinase SAFELY keeps my blood from overclotting. I lost vision in my left eye due to doctor prescribed blood thinning agents. I no longer need hearing aids even though deafness runs in my family. So, yes, I pursue after the truth because eventually you may find it in time to do some good with it.
