You are welcome, Jim. The Foglinesoftware (Trucknpro) publisher has done a good job of keeping down the price of their software. There is no limit to the number of trucks you can run on their program, which is unique with most programs. I looked at a number of programs before trying my first Trucknpro program. I think it is the best program around for a small to medium trucking operation. I hate to sound like I am giving a sales pitch for them, but there are several features which really helps make recordkeeping simple. The new program has a driver qualifications file for each driver. Whether you have one or thousands of drivers, we are required to keep a driver qualifications file, even if we are the owner and driver ourselves. I recently went through an IFTA audit. Some fuel receipts were missing from my trip envelopes. There is a new feature with this new version which will allow you to scan all documents related to each load and drivers. I am going back and scanning all documents just in case some receipts might get lost from envelopes in the future. I had the receipt information on my computer, but a few receipts were missing. Had I been able to scan those receipts, I could have printed a copy and that would have been acceptable to the auditor. I am usually meticulous about keeping my records straight, but have had several people working with my records. Records had been moved and those receipts probably fell out of the envelopes. In any case, I plan on that not happening again. If you are interested in the program, I think you can try it for a short trial period before making a decision to purchase it. The other two that I have tried or purchased are The Truckers Helper and Easy Trucking. You can probably still do a trial with them, but I think you will prefer the Foglines (Trucknpro) program.

I'm asking if I can get an assist from a Garmin Dezl user if possible.

I need an example of the fuel and miles report(s) from one (preferably a newer model like the 570 or 770.) I am working on an IFTA project and I need to see the format they are using on the newer models. The ideal one would be from one of you who uses this brand GPS in the real world to actually plug into your IFTA report. If you don't then I'm not asking you to spend time learning to pull it off onto a computer just for this.

I have it already completed for the Rand models, so just asking about the Garmin please.

I don't need a full report or even a real one. I just need to see the data format of it as it is once saved to a computer (as Excel or CSV I assume.)

There's really nothing fancy to it. At the end of the quarter, download the quarter summary off the 770 to the computer and when Apple Numbers opens it, it looks like this.
