Wonder if the trainer is still employed at this point?

Somewhat dismayed by your quotes Bubbaray if you spent lots of money out of your pocket to obtain
your CDL and then stated they must be desperate to take you back? Just IMHO desperation seems to
a theme here. Don't get me wrong just hard to believe Western has the flatbed market in your neck of
woods! -
TO the OP, I will tell you what I was told about something that happened to one of my drivers.
He was training with some smarta** guy who was really a jerk bout making time in the truck. They were inside the beltway in DC and the driver was doing the right things, like stopping for lights and taking his time in traffic. He said the guy got really mad at him and punched him in the arm for stopping at a light, the light was red before he got there. He stopped for another light and he got another punch. so he stopped the truck, shut it down (he was in the middle lane of the road) and got out with the keys and his phone. As he was walking away, he called the cops and reported an assault. Now the guy in the truck was so mad he came out and berated him in the middle of the road, threating him and trying to take a swing at him, The driver would duck his punches until the cops got there. The cops kept them away from each other and he was serious about pressing charges against the trainer. He said it was either that or that he would be going to jail for killing the guy because he was really close to doing that after the first punch. The trainer got fired, the truck got towed and the guy worked for the company for three years without any issues.
Next time pull the truck over and call the cops. -
Physical is never a win. Whether it is personal or automotive type.
Someone with a temper is almost as bad as a druggie in this profession. So many irritations and so little compassion.
