Info on Nussbaum

I've searched quite a bit but I'm having a hard time getting information on Nussbaum.
Has anyone gone through the orientation/training process? I'm wondering if they get trainees home during their 4-5 week training with an instructor.
Also curious if they are still hiring out of the STL area? For a while they were and you could check with their hiring map, but it seems that has gone away.
