Info on schneider ltl

What ltl?

 

Probably seen a few pulling YRC pups.
It's a team gig.

 

Yeah...team only...also possibly the Watkins shepherd furniture runs...who knows..lol

 

Schneider wants to get into the final mile business. Not traditional ltl, but furniture, appliance, etc.

 

Good luck, I assume you'll be home nightly.

 

but not making near what ltl makes. even the lower tier carriers......

 

I live near Chattanooga, TN and they have recently posted ltl positions for local, team and solo drivers. The local position is home daily and pays up to $16 dollars an hour which isn't very good compared to other ltl companies. It says for the solo driver the home time is every 2 weeks and every 3 weeks for teams. I believe they must have landed some business with some carpet manufacturers in my area and trying their hand at ltl.

 

Their solo and team ltl sounds exactly like their otr gigs.

 

That's what I was thinking.
