Injectors leaking, underpowered 3406E

3406E 5EK Has anyone had over fuelling and under fuelling symptoms at the same time?? When i start the truck it will fart n buck for a few seconds like injectors are leaking n then smoothen out. When I drive it n put my foot down, it will make up to about 15 psi of boost n then drop back to 10 psi after maybe 20 seconds (but only intermittenly about half the time), and shake like its running on 5. I took the manifold off and found #5 n 6 wet, so I replaced those injectors, but still having this same issue. ET says everything looks good electrically wise. Also while its idling it has some haze out the stacks like its running rich. New APC head 4 months ago n then he haze issue showed up around the same time
