Looking into buying legit navistar software like navkal and hero, maybe on command. As much as i hate maxxforce, they are popular truck here in Detroit and alot of my customers are buying them.
I have texa which is awesome, but id like to be able to flash modules like the ECM and ACMs and could use some extra help diagnosing the data network.
Should i pull the trigger and buy the bundle? I really dont see how anyone gets by anymore working on a truck with 7 different computer modules without the state of the art software .
My father runs the shop and i dont wanna look stupid so any input is appreciated.
International navistar software your experience

You say the Maxxforce equipped trucks are popular in Detroit ? Are they Stock or deleted ?

Hero is only really needed for dealers to do health reports to validate problems for warranty purposes. On Command is more for fleets to remotely connect to their trucks and scan them enroute, not really something a shop would need. Navkal is your main reprogramming software. If you do reprogram and update ecms often, then it would be a good investment. I believe they have yearly subscriptions, so you just need to see if you would use it enough to make money.
rebeccastransport, Wannabe tech and BoxCarKidd Thank this. -

Yes, that is Diamond Logic Builder for the body controller and Navkal will update ACMs if needed too.
