i hope you called your company. he may have had no right to kick you out.

we need not know any of the circumstances right now.

your company needs to get you to another terminal or home, which ever is closer, and that moron needs to be fired.

at the FIRST instance where you did not feel safe..??

you should have reported him, to start a paper trail of complaints.....

Call the company and say he abandoned you at a truck stop or wherever.
Ask, "What do I do now?"

I called them he wouldn't let me talk and there was a lot of yelling going on both me and him. he was accusing me of things I didnt do. I got down to a truck stop cause that's what he wanted out. I called the police to see what they would do. They didnt take sides they told me i had to ride with him and two more miles down the road was a strip with motels i could get out there if I didnt want to do that. After i got there I let him take the truck. They are telling me I'm fired for abandoning the load but I'm not staying in a hostile work environment. Not for anyone. I'm pissed cause my next employer is going to want to contact them. They are going to tell them that

How much experience do you have now?
Where is your location you live in/ state? California/Arizona?
There's some 2nd chance companies that will probably have you back on the road in a few days.

You need to sit down with an attorney ASAP. You may have a serious claim against the company.

Serious claim, he has his word against the lead driver. I wouldn't waste any bucks on an attorney at all, if and that is a big IF he could find one that would take the case at all.

Might work if he charges the lead driver with sexual harassment.
