    Join the ABA, it is only $450 and worth it if they help you with services like this.

    I know ABA President Pete Pantuso. He says I can't join until I'm operating, but I can't operate without BOC-3, so I need the BOC-3 first and then join ABA.

    They won’t. Membership covers only lobbying in DC, and gives you access to other services they offer, for which you still have to pay for
