Is this diff done?

Is this diff done? Is it something to do with the inter axle ?
This truck starting slipping, the driver took this video, he limped the truck home, the diff was pretty hot, there was diff oil everywhere not sure if it. Are out the vent or what??

I drained the oil didn’t see any major silver colour in it there was some metal shavings on Magnet but I didn’t think it was excessive, I couldn’t feel any broken bits in the drain hole.

This if the front drive axle on a tandem axle western star dumb truck.

Okay so I can pull the power divider without pulling the carrier correct?

 

Is this my problem or would the power divider going cause this??
