If you google that code it actually pops up a few threads here. According to the first one I read it says Clutch control valve assembly on the side of the transmission may be contaminated.

so this is a clutch systems fault, most of the time being set from low air pressure or air leaks, it could also be set if the cca is seeing a higher actuating position than what it has seen previosly, that being said most of the time they happen when air pressure is low, i would test your clutch system with ptt to make sure there is no leaks in the system and also check the X values and see what kind of condition the clutch is in being that the miles you have are at the point that i have seen a lot of these clutches go before. being that it did it only once i would not worry to much about it, #### like this happens all the time when there is sometime even quick shifts from r to d of pulling in a dock. If it occurs more times i would highly advise to change out clutch actuator, clutch and the valve that way you do it once and you never really have to worry about it again.

Mine also did the same twice in the last month and a half. First time after I had washed the truck and the second time after I picked it up from the local volvo shop. At least I have a good idea as to what its doing. But it hasn't shown up since. I wonder if colder temps would have an effect on it?
