    2005 ISM. Intermittent power loss, slow acceleration, abnormal smoke when empty or loaded, rpms take forever to build up then once trans shifts they drop super low. Most times runs 40mph but sometimes will top out at 68mph. Allison trans.

    Turbo actuator or turbo? Possible turbo sensor?
