    Get your CDL. Keep your nose clean, stay safe. Then think about running tanker. You'll make more $$$. And Dana Transport is just down the road in Hope. You can run regional or otr. Every trucking company in SW Arkansas, tankers, chip haulers, log hauler, not to mention the chicken industry, is hurting for drivers now. Don't see any change in that either.

    I work for Dana out of Hope. There is also a terminal in El Dorado. I started out with PAM as well. 3 years of my life I'll never get back. But they got my foot in the door. Now I'm a tanker yanker makin good money and don't work particularly hard. Just ridin and guidin. Good luck with PAM.
