Hey everyone I am new here and to trucking in General. I will be starting to go to school to get my AZ in a couple weeks, the question I have is I am from southern Ontario (St Catharines) and I am looking to get into tanker hauling(preferably). If not that than dry box. Either way I would like to do local if possible. I don't mind being out most of the week or just daily runs. Any one know who is hiring or even where to start looking?

Hi there. You often have to do a couple years OTR driving a dry van and/or reefer before you can move to tankers as they are a whole other ball game. You can check with the oil companies, the milk companies, the chemical companies and see what their criteria are.

    Welcome to the forum :)
