I knew this sounded familiar. Please just call a lawyer or talk to terry on here he is on the thread I posted above. Not trying to sound mean but the last thread ended up being locked because the op wouldn't provide any sufficient info, or proof that they were ripped off. We call them fly by posters. Question num 1 did jta get your paperwork, signed bills, etc question 2 are u a member of ooida? If so prepare all of your paperwork and proof that you weren't paid and contact them they can help you find a good attorney. Let's not make this a repeat of the last thread. There was a lot of bashing done on terry and in the end it turned out the op couldn't provide any evidence that they were not paid, and they were only supposedly shorted 7k instead of 9 that they claimed.

 

Yes we are here and this is the same people and driver that posted the first posting, Sir david did advise you on ow to handle the issue and also advised you about your paperwork, The story is the same if you are owed money you have to get your paperwork to us or we will not pay you a penny more than the thousands you have already been given.
