i am starting to restore my old 79 900a and was looking at what i could do with the doors. I am thinking of putting in electric windows. if i do that it may be cheaper for me to find a newer used door with the window parts already in it. I was wondering if the doors are all basically the same. does anyone know about this? if so what models use the same doors as my truck? thanks for any help in advance, also if you know of any good sites that relate to restoring kenworths could you pass them on?

One of my buddy has been slowly restoring his 76 B model. He did the cab last winter and installed the daylight doors with electric windows. Took him 40 hours each door to fit perfectly (he's a perfectionist).

I know the newer daylight doors will fit in a 67 cab. but the hinges are different. When a buddy did one awhile back he drilled new holes in the door jam of the cab for the daylight doors then welded old hinge holes up
