I imagine they are a 1099 which would be a red flag warning to me.

1 of every 3 trucks don't pass inspection.

Well if you're a company driver, you'll probably get paid like 70 cpm on a 1099. If you're an owner op, you'll probably get promised 88 percent of the rate. That's provided they operate like all the other small companies in Chicagoland.
