Laptop while driving?

Watch a guy text while rideing his Harley down 99 in central Cali yesterday. its over, we all are in danger.

 

Well I use my laptop ( on a laptop stand attached to passenger seat) while I'm driving , due to I'm using it for navigation. I use it as back-up for my trucker GPS as those are KNOWN to be incorrect at times. I use the "Streets And Trips w/GPS sensor" with the "RV/Trucker Overlay",, this has been more trustworthy than both of my trucker GPS's combined. I'm never distracted anymore than anyone looking at their GPS.

 

Wow you drive and look straight ahead AT ALL TIMES? Don't kid yourself, glancing at a computer screen to see a few numbers isn't any different than looking at a road sign. Some of us have more than 3 brain cells, I can walk and chew gum and I can drive in traffic and look left and right and not end up in the ditch.

Yep, been driving for 3 days now. Maybe some day I'll get to hook to a trailer.

Same with mine, I've used it as GPS but mainly it's on a load board or ordering overweight permits.
