I bought a couple of cans of that stuff you see on TV where they cut a hole in the bottom of a row boat, install a screen door there, then spray it sealed and row out onto the lake lol. I forget what it's called they stock it on the shelf at any Dollar General store the can will say "as seen on tv". It's a little pricey but it stopped my leaks when I sprayed up top several months ago. My roof is fiberglass. There were no obvious cracks or holes anywhere up there. My problem was with a good downpour water would leak in and run down the walls inside. I got up on top and sprayed that stuff along where the fiberglass roof went underneath the aluminum edges. No more leaks. That stuff comes in white or black. It ain't pretty but it works. Looks half arsed but you can't see it from the ground. With the benefit of hindsight a caulking gun and a good tube of silicone would have been much cleaner. I had to fix it asap and we had some of that spray can stuff at home already. Go to a Utility or Great Dane dealer nearby and ask them for a tube of whatever it is they use if you want to do it right. It's possible I might have to do it again but so far so good.

    ok, the latest

the baby oil is a great smoke maker, i used four of those burners (wax filled you see at carnivals) a throwaway aluminum foil pan and about four bottles of baby oil

it took about an hour to fill up

and the smoke started coming out the openings

problem being, it is outside Ibetter to see at night, daytime was really rough) being outside, even at night, there is still wind distorting any points of smoke

so in conclusion, i will tape off the top rail and use some type of sealant tomorrow along the front and the sides

i would suggest the baby oil smoke in an enclosed area with proper lighting to see the points of water entry, maybe one or two more burners, you dont need more baby oil, those three bottles were sufficient

when i opened the doors, there was a LOT of smoke, but it was not irritating, i was able to walk into the trailer and even get the remaining paraphenalia without choking or coughing
