It was meant to be helpful to the person thinking there was a 2nd person with your situation, not you.

You got your TN ID at the end of september, OK.

So when did you get your Florida CDL?

    Seriously when?

I dont think you can have id's from muliple states . I cant go to FL and get an id as a Tenn resident . You should've gotten a FL photo id . Tenn cant void a FL cdl,DL or id , FL voided it .

I think what you may have to do is go to Florida to the DMV and say you "lost" wallet that had your CDL in it. This way Florida should replace it for a few dollars.
The new CDL should have the same Florida address as the old one. Don't say you've moved to Kentucky or Tennessee.
Truckers lose their cdl every day; some forget it at the fuel desk.

Your CDL has to be in the state you live in, so by applying for a Tennessee photo ID you surrender your CDL license in Florida. The license clerk is just doing what they are asked to do, give you a TN photo ID.

You made the mistake, not the DMV!

Now, you make be able to get TN to give you a transfer of your Florida CDL, if you are actually a resident of TN. If not, you may be able to go back to Florida and explain the situation and surrender the TN ID to Florida and get your CDL reinstated.

Be careful, your CDL is tied to your regular DL also, so you may not even be legal to drive a car right now.

I think she's a Kentucky resident now. She moved from Clarksville, TN to Kentucky.
Anyway, @brian991219 is probably the most knowledgeable on subjects such as this.
