I am looking for some type of valid documentation or calculator for maintenance cost for a 6 year/720,000 mile application. Freightliner Cascadia w/DD13 power. Vehicle will be new at in-service. Can anyone help?

Yeah man, hook'em back to the dealer. He has it. Total projected costs etc. at std dealer rates including required maint schedules. Will be very easy to beat too if you in house the maint. No up charges on products and no outrageous hourly rates.

Why the long schedule? Your destroying the resale on the back side. Have you considered the 3 /350 schedule like the mega's on a buy back lease? Lower cap coming in, all in warranty and solid bet coming out. Just be sure to hedge the bet coming out. Don't let them muscle you into a new one in 36 mo. Make continuation your option and add in a loss clause if the iron is not available. ( not a rental either, void the contract ) Look at the Stevens model too. He specs fleet with convertable trans and uprateable hp. Adds to resale n only adds a pinch to cap cost coming in.

Bargain for a 12 mo rolling option extension too. Things might be sweet at that moment and you may want to keep going.

Or did I stick my nose too far into your bus? ( sorry ) Just trying to help......
