I don't know how many of you use the load boards, but I ran across one that bears a bit of caution. Right Now Loads is pretty much a slight of hand show as far as I can tell. I did a 3 day trial with them, and never could log in. I tried calling technical support and sat on death hold for 15 minutes with no one coming to the phone. I sent an email requesting they cancel my trial, they responded with the user name and password. I tried to log in and a message popped up on the screen telling me my account was inactive. I again tried calling them, death hold again, I called again and tried a different prompt...no response. I sent another email, received no response. My PayPal account was charged $29.95 and I still couldn't access the account. I called sat on hold for 27 minutes to be told that I didn't call to cancel so the account was charged. I put it in dispute with PayPal and not once was I contacted to ask me what happened, but Friday I receive email from PayPal that they will not refund the money.

I tried one last time today to log into the account and still couldn't. I called them with same results I've previously had so I went onto PayPal to cancel the "subscription" and right behind the cancellation email from PayPal was one from Right Now Loads thanking me for signing up and giving me the same user name and password that never did work for my "New" 3 day subscription. I sent PayPal an email and told them that Right Now Loads

These people are the only ones I've ever had an issue with and they are the only ones who seem to say we got your money screw you.. PayPal and I are going to have words tomorrow over the dispute and I may still not get my money back, but someone will know how upset I am about the handling of it.

I've set up in the past with 3 others, got busy and forgot to cancel, they didn't have enough loads to be worth the money every month, all were nice, and canceled with a refund of my money.

Point is, be careful who you do trials with if you use the load boards.

i never do business with anyone that uses paypal.

paypal is not in the business of providing customer service. you'll have to go to the bank. and reverse the charge.

it's been 15 years, and if i try to open an account with paypal. they immediately close it.

i subscribed to a service, came with 30 day trial. i canceled the service and got no response from the service. i contacted paypal. to have my account cancelled. it never happened. i even provided emails to the service with automated replies that my email was received.

once the bank reversed the charge. my account and anything tied with paypal was cancelled by paypal. to this day. they still want me to pay that $125. 15 years later.

Visa debit or credit card can reverse a fraudulent charge. Any credit/debit card company will. Never did trust PayPal.
