    I'd probably go back to the homestead in the foothills of Smokey's in NC. Snow I can deal with snow, it's the ice storms of the south that are a pain in my arse. :biggrin_2556:

    Well, for a mild year around climate, you could try Utah's Dixie. Saint George area. Really quite nice.

    Summers will stay well below 120 degrees, and winters above 0. And we get very little snow here. (Of course when we do, the friggin' idiots haven't a clue how to drive in it.)

    Oh yeah, "well below 120 degrees" defined: +/-115 degrees. "Above 0" defined: 10 degrees...:biggrin_2559: "Friggin' idiots" defined: folks born and raised here, or transplanted from Southern California...:biggrin_25524:

    My husband would say NC!!! Close to beach and mountains depending on which way you want to go.

    Hell I live in Canada! anything south would be a blessing! LMAO
