    Making an updated post, see below for my old post, issue still not resolved.

    Hi I am back onto this thread again, my issue is still not fixed. Still experiencing the same issue. I have replaced all four air bags, because the mechanic before had mid matched the family of air bags. This still did not fix the issue.


    I also noticed that the ride height on the rear front axle is at 9.25 where as it is around 10.5 on the rear rear axle. I got the wheel bearings check and they were fine

    I also took it “vibration specialist” in my city and spent over 5k. They told me front needed new U-bolts, changed those. Also, said my steers were not balanced and put brand new set of Michelins on, still no change.

    OLD/ORIGINAL POST:

    I have been experiencing intermittent vibration from the floor of my truck, the side mirrors shake, and at some instances it feels like the entire cabin is shaking. I do not feel any vibration in the steering wheel.

    I have already got the driveshaft work done and replaced the steady bearing, got the wheel alignment and balancing done (twice). Took it to international, they did not find any thing wrong. I also got the ride height checked and it was slight high, so they adjusted it to spec and that did not fix the issue. Btw I also, replaced the torque rods (rear axle and one underneath the cabin), all shocks were also replaced very recently.


    My hopes in posting this message here to see, if anyone else out there has experienced these symptoms and if they were able to find a cure for this problem.


    Again coming back in the hope that might find something I may have missed.

    Check the cab mounts, not likely the issue but easy to rule out. Also have them check the kingpins on the front steer axle. If you have the single spring axle they are a monolithic peice and can begin to wallow out over time and require the whole axle to be swapped. Go with the 14k instead of the factory 12k

    You have something near or touching the frame? Buzzing feeling that would put your feet to sleep? Check everything near framerails, exhaust, oem mounting brackets etc

    I will get onto the Kingpins. Thank you, that is something that hasn't been checked thoroughly.

    No I checked there isn't anything touching the frame and my feet to do not fall sleep/

    Is this at certain speeds? Accelerating or coasting?

    Hi, the speed does not matter. But when I take my foot off the pedal, the vibration gets better and as soon as I hit the accelerator it starts.

    Year of truck and mileage? Has anyone checked the harmonic balancer? Also check the engine and transmission mounts.

    Its 2017 and its got 1.4million kms on it. I brought harmonic balancer to my local mechanic's attention and he disregarded my concerns citing "he never had to do harmonic balancer ever in his career of 15 years as a mechanic". I did not wanted to sound rude and basically took his advise based on his experience that it is not the harmonic balancer. Engine mounts and transmission mounts are good. Had them checked up multiple times now.

    That is about 870,000 miles. Many say it is a good rule of thumb to replace the balancer at 500k miles. Possible engine misfire.
    1. 3. Check Load:
      The fact that it disappears when off the accelerator points to issues that are load-sensitive, making a driveshaft, differential, or transmission issue more likely than a wheel balance or tire problem.
    Saw a thread with a Ford F-750 with the same issue you are having. Replacing the differential solved his problem.
    What driveshaft work was done?
