Note to self: "Don't take or post any pictures from a drivers side window" Will possibly lead to the dogs getting let out on you.

Other than that, this kind of almost looks like between Littlefield and Lubbock on the 84. See quite a bit of accidents, juicy roads or not, when taking loads to Littlefield, or having to run to Lubbock for some Craigslist/FB marketplace deal.

So many perfect people on this site who never do anything wrong or do anything that is against FMCSA regulations.

The funny thing is, you have absolutely no clue what you are talking about.

Same with the other guy above claiming it was possibly a blown tire. It wasn't.

    Comprehension, learn it.
So you didn’t take the photo with your phone while driving past?

Not much to comprehend. A few people got their pants bunched up because he took a pic while driving. And I find it hard to believe that those posters have always followed every single regulation down to a T. Heck one guy on this site well known for his tattletale videos on YouTube gave up running OTR when his ELD started switching him to drive at 5mph. I find it comical that there are water walkers on this forum but when it comes down to it they probably just choose different rules to massage to their benefit.

As for me, I just follow what my mentor taught me. Never break more than one rule at a time.

Well yes I agree with you, I don’t care that he used his phone. I use it too sometimes.
My issue is he’s putting the other driver on blast by accusing him of possibly using his phone and driving off the road. Pot meet kettle, you know, basically saying the other driver f’d up using his phone while he himself is using a phone while driving.

From a very young age one of the older Captains I worked with taught my the saying that I have repeated to many since

“Never Break 2 laws at Once”

Learn it. Love it. Live it.
