Had one in the shop today doing the same thing. Voltage would climb with the key on acc. I traced the issue to an incorrectly wired starter that melted the wiring pretty bad. It spread to the fuse box on the fender mount and cooked the terminals going to the starter and ecm relays. It cooked the ecm as well it was verified with a test ecm and checking the harness for resistance. That's what the issue was with the 13 letter s spreader I worked on.

Have a 2016 international 4300 , been having voltage issues i replaced the alternator twice and all 3 batteries still not holding charge i need help asap.

Are you saying that tht alternator is not charging or that tht batteries are not maintaining a proper charge?
